Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock levels and perform regular inventory counts to prevent shortages.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work a full-time schedule (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
- Documentation: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Availability: Flexibility to work overtime during peak seasons.
