Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled facilities
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks efficiently
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with or without accommodation
- Reliable transportation to Northside Indianapolis location
- Flexibility to work 1st/2nd/3rd shifts
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
