Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with patient examinations and procedures
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms and medical equipment
- Perform basic diagnostic tests (EKG, phlebotomy, vital signs)
- Manage patient records and electronic health documentation
- Administer injections and medications under provider supervision
- Schedule appointments and handle patient communications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- CMA/CCMA or RMA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer proficiency with EMR systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (for travel between sites)
