Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Manage and maintain inventory of IT equipment, software licenses, and peripherals.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement new systems and enhance security protocols.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all technical procedures and tickets.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees regarding technology setup.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of professional experience in IT support or a helpdesk environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems (Windows 10/11).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with diverse users.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
- Reliable transportation for occasional on-site support needs.
