Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package shipments in a climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment (training provided)
- Maintain inventory records and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and organizing storage areas
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours with lifting up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to our Northwest Side facility
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends (shifts vary)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
