Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead a team of 8-12 warehouse associates with clear task delegation and performance coaching
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance during all shift activities
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and real-time data analysis
- Coordinate with overnight shift teams for seamless transition and inventory accuracy
- Resolve operational challenges with minimal downtime
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Availability for every weekend shift (Sat/Sun 6am-2pm)
- Basic math skills and inventory reconciliation experience
