Responsibilities
- Lead weekend warehouse operations team of 8-12 associates
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment workflows
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment and procedures
- Coordinate cross-functional shifts for seamless 24/7 operations
- Conduct performance reviews and address operational bottlenecks
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and scheduling
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience required
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedule (Fri-Sun)
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
