Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure stock levels are accurately maintained.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages and verify against packing lists.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve daily operational challenges and optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read shipping labels and order forms.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
