Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Efficiently pack and ship orders according to quality standards
- Maintain organized warehouse conditions and safety protocols
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts/pallet jacks) with certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety regulations at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and data entry experience
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM)
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not mandatory
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification upon hire
