Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks and pallets using material handling equipment.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and organize inventory to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners in compliance with safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure quality standards are met.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Documentation: Update paperwork and digital logs regarding stock movements and inventory counts.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays) consistently.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and walk on various surfaces.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (we train).
- Equipment: Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
