Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock replenishment, cycle counting, and maintaining organized warehouse aisles.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (if certified) to move materials.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to streamline workflow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and proven track record of punctuality.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required for qualified candidates.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required to commute to the Los Angeles facility.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order correctness.
