Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and manage inventory control systems
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely weekend delivery
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend operational targets
- Perform cycle counts and quality checks for product integrity
- Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) for real-time tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced weekend environment
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
