Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and store incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse zones following OSHA standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits weekly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend deadlines
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Must be available for both Saturday and Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 10+ hours
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass background check
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-provided)
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
