Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and stock rotation using warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Load/unload trucks and organize shipping/receiving areas
- Perform quality control checks on products
- Maintain clean and organized workspace per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Complete accurate documentation for inventory transactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy (WMS systems)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
