Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products using RF scanners and automated systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and warehouse organization standards
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift/pallet jack) with proper certification
- Adhere to all safety protocols including PPE requirements and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend production targets
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Reliable transportation to our Detroit facility
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
