Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and sort packages in a timely manner
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99% accuracy
- Maintain organized inventory systems through cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
- Document warehouse activities in digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (training available if needed)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability for consistent weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 6AM-2PM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software
