Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, package, and ship products using RF scanners and conveyor systems
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and maintain organized warehouse records
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Support inventory reconciliation and cycle count initiatives
- Train on warehouse management systems and digital reporting tools
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends consistently (Sat/Sun, 6 AM - 2:30 PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (paid training provided)
- No prior warehouse experience required
