Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet daily performance goals.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe for all personnel.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify workflow improvements and resolve operational issues.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, verifying shipment contents upon arrival.
- Adhere to OSHA safety regulations and company quality standards at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
