Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize inventory pallets with precision and speed.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanners to track stock accuracy.
- Perform quality assurance checks on incoming shipments and outgoing orders.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with shift supervisors to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in the maintenance and basic troubleshooting of warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
