Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and inventory systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Perform quality control checks and documentation for all received goods
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and optimize storage space utilization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily throughput targets
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times
- Assist in month-end inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with experience in inventory software
- Availability for flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) and occasional holidays
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
