Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, process, and pack customer orders with 99%+ accuracy
- Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain organized inventory systems and conduct cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend shipping deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free workspace
- Train on new warehouse technologies and process improvements
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
