Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory counts and conduct cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize weekend loading/unloading schedules
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments to prevent errors
- Document all warehouse activities using digital reporting tools
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume environments
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Flexibility to work weekends with occasional overtime opportunities
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to complete within 30 days)
