Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock in a temperature-controlled facility
- Safely operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and verifying incoming shipments
- Document workflow activities in real-time using digital reporting tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn new technologies
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to our International Parkway facility
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
