Responsibilities
- Accurately process and ship incoming/outgoing inventory using WMS systems
- Maintain organized stock rotation and warehouse cleanliness standards
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform quality control checks on products before shipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly targets
- Document all transactions and inventory adjustments in real-time
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Reliable transportation to our Philadelphia facility
