Responsibilities
- Execute precise order picking/packing with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Manage inventory cycles and stock rotation protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless shift transitions
- Maintain OSHA-compliant work environments
- Process returns and quality inspections
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse/logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-6pm)
- Basic computer literacy
- Reliable transportation to facility
- Background check clearance required
