Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, package, and ship products with precision and speed
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning systems
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during loading/unloading operations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Inspect products for quality before shipment
- Keep work area clean and organized to OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid California driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Availability to work every weekend (Sat/Sun) with potential for overtime
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
