Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments with precision and efficiency
- Pick and pack customer orders using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company policy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and punctual weekend availability
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
