Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Inspect and sort incoming inventory for quality assurance
- Maintain organized warehouse storage areas and equipment
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Support inventory reconciliation and cycle counts
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) 6 AM - 6 PM
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Physical stamina to stand, lift 50 lbs, and move throughout shift
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park location
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Pass background check and drug screening
- No prior warehouse experience required
