Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and label orders with precision for same-day shipping
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counting and documentation
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend deadlines
- Report equipment issues and maintain clean workstations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-2pm)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
