Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and in-person to internal staff.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues (laptops, desktops, printers) and software conflicts.

  • Perform preventative maintenance and security updates on weekend shifts.
