Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Manage and document customer interactions and technical tickets in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineering teams when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and technical solutions.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on resolved tickets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is a plus.
- Strong understanding of operating systems and networking basics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work the required weekend shift.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
