Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload merchandise from trucks and trailers.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan, track, and organize inventory using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; comfortable using technology.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and punctuality.
