Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations during weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Train and mentor retail associates on sales techniques and customer service
- Resolve customer escalations with professionalism and urgency
- Manage inventory counts and stock replenishment processes
- Implement visual merchandising standards and promotional displays
- Conduct shift handovers with detailed reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or supervisory experience required
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership abilities
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Fri-Sun 6AM-10PM)
- Proficient in inventory management systems
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
