Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 team members during weekend shifts
- Oversee warehouse operations and inventory control
- Ensure safety compliance and OSHA standards
- Coordinate with overnight teams for seamless handoffs
- Resolve operational issues and escalate as needed
- Complete shift reports and performance metrics
- Train new weekend staff on SOPs
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
- Availability for Friday-Sunday shifts
- Basic Excel proficiency
- Background check required
