Responsibilities
- Lead weekend retail operations and manage 3-5 team members
- Execute visual merchandising and inventory management protocols
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve escalated issues
- Monitor sales performance and implement promotional strategies
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and compliance standards
- Train and mentor new weekend staff on product knowledge
- Generate daily shift reports and performance analytics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or supervisory experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8am-8pm)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory software
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25lbs
- Must pass background check and start within 48 hours
