Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations ensuring timely order fulfillment
- Coordinate with 8-10 team members across warehouse and delivery functions
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment protocols
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Resolve operational escalations during peak weekend hours
- Prepare shift handover reports for weekday managers
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in warehouse/supervisory role
- Proven ability to manage weekend shifts effectively
- Forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-6pm)
- Basic knowledge of WMS systems
