Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations including inventory management and staff scheduling
- Train and mentor new weekend team members on sales techniques and customer service
- Resolve customer inquiries and ensure exceptional in-store experience
- Monitor sales performance and implement weekend-specific promotions
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operational handovers
- Conduct end-of-shift reporting and inventory reconciliation

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or supervisory experience
- Availability to work every weekend (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with inventory management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to pass background check
