Responsibilities
- Manage weekend retail operations and team of 5-8 associates
- Ensure exceptional customer service during peak weekend hours
- Handle inventory management and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues
- Train and mentor new weekend staff members
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Process transactions and manage point-of-sale systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or supervisory experience
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts required)
