Responsibilities
- Manage 5-8 team members during weekend shifts, assigning tasks and ensuring operational efficiency
- Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving inquiries and complaints promptly
- Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts
- Execute store opening/closing procedures and maintain security protocols
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement action plans
- Train staff on product knowledge and company standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in point-of-sale systems and inventory software
