Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Coordinate with day-shift staff to ensure seamless workflow transitions
- Train and mentor weekend associates on safety protocols and efficiency standards
- Conduct quality control checks and resolve operational discrepancies
- Generate weekend performance reports and implement improvement strategies
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations
- Manage team schedules and ensure optimal staffing levels
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics supervision experience
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
