Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise 8-10 weekend staff members
- Ensure efficient order processing and inventory management
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Conduct shift handovers with weekday supervisors
- Complete daily performance reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in logistics/warehousing
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficient in inventory management software
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM)
