Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations including team scheduling and workflow optimization
- Train and mentor new team members on safety protocols and operational procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors for weekend replenishment
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Conduct daily safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
- Prepare shift reports and performance metrics for Monday morning handover
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain service excellence
Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and workplace protocols
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
- Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) and occasional holidays
