Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend shift operations and staff scheduling
- Train and mentor new team members on retail best practices
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met
- Monitor inventory levels and process weekly stock shipments
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues promptly
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines for weekend displays
- Conduct end-of-day sales reconciliation and reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or supervisory experience
- Availability to work weekends (Sat/Sun) and some holidays
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Valid Michigan driver's license (if required for logistics)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
