Responsibilities
- Provide urgent medical care assessment and treatment for diverse patient populations
- Administer medications and perform diagnostic procedures per protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless patient handoffs
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Respond effectively to emergency situations during weekend coverage
- Educate patients on treatment plans and preventive care
- Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Arizona
- Minimum 2 years emergency/urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
- Strong communication skills with diverse populations
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
- Availability for consistent weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Spanish bilingual preferred but not required
