Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts
- Resolve technical issues for enterprise clients using CRM systems
- Process weekend transactions and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with on-call engineers for escalated technical support
- Contribute to weekend team performance metrics and KPIs
- Update customer records and maintain data integrity in Salesforce
- Participate in weekend cross-functional training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in tech industry
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-6pm shifts)
- Strong problem-solving skills with technical aptitude
- Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish preferred)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend environments
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
