Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse operations and inventory management
- Oversee team of 4-5 associates during peak weekend hours
- Process high-volume shipments using WMS software
- Ensure safety compliance and maintain organized workspace
- Communicate with day-shift managers for seamless transitions
- Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns proactively
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Reliable transportation to Arch Street location
- Previous leadership or customer service experience preferred
