Responsibilities
- Execute daily inventory counts and stock replenishment to maintain optimal product availability.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and answering inquiries.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace for both customers and staff.
- Assist with opening and closing store procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly sales and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
