Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations and order fulfillment with precision and speed.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and shipments accurately.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing goods to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks safely, ensuring proper handling of materials and equipment.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of storage areas to optimize space utilization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn internal software tools.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if driving is required).
