Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer experiences and drive sales conversions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash management
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays per brand standards
- Operate inventory management systems and assist in stock replenishment
- Collaborate with team members during peak weekend rush periods
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism
- Uphold strict safety and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Proficient with POS systems and basic inventory software
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation to downtown Denver location
