Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks as required by certification.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels within the system.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and company quality standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and throughput goals.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Houston facility.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
